CaveatsDistinct from afr-0018, which is Together's small one-time signup credit available to anyone; this is a gated program and the two do not stack on the same evidence. NOT open access: a "targeted selection-based program" requiring an application the team reviews, so being in a band is necessary and not sufficient, and every figure is "up to". Eligibility is tied to capital raised, which excludes unfunded builders entirely. Credits explicitly EXCLUDE Reserved GPU Clusters. The page states no credit-card requirement either way, and gives no credit-expiry window and no program end date. Fields follow the afr-0046 precedent: access is api-key because that is the barrier to the first CALL, with the human application carried by acquisition: partner-program, and agent_usable is true per the documented definition (an agent can consume it once a human clears the barrier). The application gate is real and is stated here rather than in access, whose documented enum has no value for it.

Example

No measured example — this row is evidence: documented: it states what the provider's own page advertised on the date shown, and this worker holds no credential to call it. The provider's documentation is the source: https://www.together.ai/startup-accelerator
